ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 5 - 7 business days to process your order. Expect an email within 5 - 7 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
STORE PICKUP - Local pickup is not an option at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES: For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
SHIPPING RATES
Order value under $100 = $10 shipping
Order value $101-$400 = $15 shipping
Order value $401+ = $20 shipping
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer international shipping.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Wild Peonies Xo is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
RETURN POLICY
Due to the sensitive nature of crystals, all W|A orders are final sale once shipped. We cannot accept returns or exchanges. In addition, due to the high demand of items on drop nights, limited quantities of one-of-a-kind items, and how quickly inventory goes, in order to make it fair for all of our customers, items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be canceled once order is placed.
Items that are not “Final Sale” can be returned/exchanged before the order has shipped. Once shipped, we cannot offer returns or exchanges on any items in the order. If the order has already processed to ship but has not gone out, the order is subject to returns/exchanges but a 15% restocking fee will be applied. This restocking fee will be 15% of your order’s subtotal (subtotal does not include tax or shipping).

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGED PRODUCTS
Our team takes the packaging process here at Wild Peonies Xo very seriously. From the minute your crystal arrives at our warehouse to the minute it is packaged up with a label, it is met with love and care by all the hands that have touched it. Along with being cleansed, cleared, & charged, each crystal is blessed by the person packing it. As we carefully wrap your order up to come home, we pour love and good vibrations into each and every one of your crystals and add a special essential oil blend to the packaging to keep them energetically safe during shipping.
However, we are all only human and we know mistakes happen. In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective item, we are committed to making it right. Please reach out to Hello@wildpeoniesxo.com with your name, order number, pictures (required for damages), and a brief description of what needs to be resolved and we will get back to you in a timely manner with a resolution.
Damaged Jewelry (and usable decor) can be replaced/exchanged within 30 days of your order's delivery date. After 30 days of use, it is considered normal wear and tear. Please reach out to Hello@wildpeoniesxo.com with your name, order number, pictures (required for damages), and a brief description of what needs to be resolved and we will get back to you in a timely manner with a resolution.
GIFT RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Gifted items cannot be returned or exchanged due to the same reasons stated above. However, if you have any questions about your gifted crystals and want to learn more, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help!
WILD PEONIES XO GIFT CARDS
Gift Cards are non-returnable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
RETURNING AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A WILD PEONIES XO GIFT CARD
Our standard return policy applies to any merchandise purchased with a WILD PEONIES XO Gift Card as well. If a non-final sale item is canceled before it is processed to ship, the funds will go back on a WILD PEONIES XO Gift Card.
If you used a credit card in addition to a WILD PEONIES XO Gift Card to pay for your order, we will credit your card for the amount originally charged and place the remaining balance on a Gift Card. Funds are usually received back your card within 1-5 business days from when a team member confirms the return has been processed.
